From caregiver to cybersecurity
After leaving healthcare due to burnout from the pandemic, I was studying for my Security+ certification. During a late-night session, I encountered an AI-powered cybersecurity platform. It mapped user behavior, predicted actions, and identified anomalies in real time. It was brilliant, powerful… and unsettling.
"Who is watching the watchers?"
Watching the AI system, it struck me: “If AI can see this much, who is watching the watchers? Who is protecting the humans behind all this data?” It was the same protective instinct I once felt at a hospital bedside, but now directed toward the digital world. Caregiving didn’t end when I left healthcare. It simply needed a new form.

That moment became PandorAI. Our guiding principle is simple: Protection Before Innovation. Before we help clients adopt AI, we make sure their people, their data, and their humanity are safe. Innovation should uplift, never endanger! My journey offers hope because I’ve been burned out and found a new calling, faced uncertainty and discovered purpose, and learned how to make AI human, ethical, and safe.
